Ordering without unnecessary delays
Choose one or more cards, add them to your cart and complete the order. The minimum purchase is 100 CZK excluding shipping.

Stamps, levels and rewards turn every purchase into another collecting step and give you a reason to follow new cards and special events.
Add-on orders without extra shipping
Already paid for shipping and found more cards? As long as we have not started packing the original order, choose the option to add cards to your last order in the cart and we will place the new cards in the same parcel without extra shipping. Once the packing notification arrives, this option closes.

In the catalogue you will find EX, GX, V, VSTAR, Illustration Rare, older sets and many other single cards. The offer is varied and changes continuously based on what we physically have in stock.
Condition and authenticity
We inspect cards personally and guarantee authenticity thanks to many years of experience. For every card we check condition, appearance, print, thickness and other details that matter to collectors.
Regular restocks
We try to add new singles almost every day. Check the app regularly and keep notifications enabled, because we let collectors know about restocks and interesting cards.
Store and app
All catalogue cards are physically in our store and can be shipped to your home. Common, bulk, reverse holo and holo cards are more of an exception in the app, but we have plenty of them in the store for completing master sets.

How to shop in the Cardverse+ app
You can find the app on Google Play and the App Store under the same name: Cardverse+. You can browse the catalogue without registering; you create an account only when you are ready to place an order. On your first visit to the catalogue, and again after any rule update, you confirm the catalogue rules.

Order and pay
Choose your cards, send the order and pay for it right away. Unpaid cards can still be bought by someone else.
Wait for a message from DPD
Once the parcel leaves us, DPD will send an SMS or e-mail. Then you simply pick up the cards from a parcel box or pickup point.
What is useful to know before ordering
Shopping in the catalogue is built around fast search, clear card condition and payment immediately after sending the order. Registration does not block browsing; it comes into play only when you actually want to buy cards.
One account for purchases
The app account and e-shop account are separate because they run on two platforms, but they are connected by the same e-mail address. Rewards and stamps then belong to one customer profile.
Search and filters
The catalogue has rich filters by set, condition, language, price, type, Play! regulation mark and many other parameters. You can also search directly by set abbreviation and card number, for example PAL 203.
Payment without reservation
Sending the order itself does not reserve the cards permanently. Until the order is paid, someone else can buy them; unpaid orders are cancelled after 12 hours. You can pay by bank transfer, card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
E-mail and push notifications
We send status changes by e-mail and push notification: paid, packing, dispatched or ready for in-store pickup. It is worth keeping notifications enabled.
Loyalty system
How it works
The loyalty system gives every purchase a new layer. Stamps, keys and the Reward Wheel turn a regular card order into a collecting ritual with clear rules and visible progress. It is built for the long run, but you can earn your first rewards as early as your second purchase after registration.
Bronze
You earn a Bronze stamp on purchases from 49 CZK.
Silver
From 499 CZK you earn both Silver and Bronze stamps.
Gold
Gold stamps are tied to special tasks and limited-time events.
Stamps for purchases
In the store, stamps are credited through a QR code. For app orders, you receive them after pickup and after confirming in My orders that everything is fine.
Keys and the Reward Wheel
Every five stamps from the same category can be exchanged for a key, or saved for special events. At one time you can hold up to 15 stamps from one category.
Physical rewards
You can pick up a physical reward in the store, or we automatically add it to your next app order. A reward you have won will not disappear.
XP and levels
Your level shows how long-term your collecting with Cardverse+ is. In the future, levels may connect to tailored discounts or access to exclusive products.

Achievements are a new part of Cardverse+. They are awards for completed goals that add long-term motivation, seasonal challenges and extra little wins for everyone who wants to get more from the app than a single purchase.

Where to find them
On the app home screen, simply swipe from right to left. You will see the achievement overview, your avatar and progress toward individual awards.

What the detail shows
Every achievement has a name, task, description and completion reward. After opening a specific achievement, you find more precise rules and your current progress.

Avatar and leaderboard
You can set your avatar based on achievements you have reached. It is public, so other collectors see it next to your nickname on the leaderboard.

The most attractive rewards include Gold stamps that you can earn completely for free. You may also find a free card, game accessory or, with a little luck, an interesting product.

Categories by collecting style
Goals are split into areas: supporting Cardverse and visiting the store, purchases and buyouts, card trades and playing Pokémon TCG. Some achievements can be completed remotely, others only in person at the store.

Does Cardverse+ sell individual Pokémon cards?
Yes. Cardverse+ is a mobile catalogue of single Pokémon cards with real stock items, photos, condition, language, price and fast in-app ordering.
Do I need the app to buy cards?
Yes, the main catalogue and purchases of single cards run through the Cardverse+ app. You can browse the catalogue without registering; you need an account only when you want to place an order.
What is the difference between the e-shop and the app?
The e-shop runs on the Shoptet platform and the Cardverse+ app is a separate platform, so they have separate registrations. To match rewards correctly, use the same e-mail address in both accounts.
What happens if I do not pay for an app order in time?
The order must be paid within 12 hours. Unpaid cards are not firmly reserved, someone else can buy them, and after the deadline the order is cancelled automatically.
How do I withdraw from a purchase contract?
Open the order detail in the app and use the button for withdrawing from the purchase contract. Fill in the form and send the request. Once the goods arrive back to us, the condition check and next steps follow the terms and conditions.
Are the single cards original?
Yes. We sell original Pokémon cards from official sets, and thanks to many years of experience we check authenticity, condition, print, language and other important details.
Why should I enable notifications?
Notifications let you know about order changes, payment, packing, dispatch or readiness for in-store pickup. They are also useful for app news and information you should not miss.
Are e-mail and push notifications the same?
No. E-mail arrives in your inbox, while a push notification comes directly from the app to your phone. We recommend keeping both enabled because each type is useful at a different moment.
How does the loyalty system work?
You earn stamps for selected purchases. Five stamps from one category can be exchanged for a key, the key spins the Reward Wheel and the reward you win appears in the app. You can earn your first reward as early as your second purchase after registration.
Where do I get stamps for app or e-shop purchases?
After receiving your order, open Account, My orders and the detail of the specific order in the app. There you confirm that everything is fine, and stamps are credited according to the rules.
How do I get a stamp for an in-store purchase?
In the store, stamps are credited through a QR code. After your purchase, scan it in the app and the stamp is assigned to your account.
How many stamps can I earn per day?
You can earn at most one stamp per category per day. Once you credit a stamp from that category on a given day through a store QR code or by confirming an online order in the app, you cannot earn another one from the same category that day.
How do I turn stamps into a key?
Five stamps from the same category can be exchanged in the app for one key. You can also save stamps for special events; at one time you can hold up to 15 stamps from one category.
Where do I find my rewards?
Rewards are in the app under Rewards and My rewards. You can pick up physical rewards in the store or we will automatically add them to your next app order.
How do I get a reward from the Reward Wheel?
Open Rewards and Reward Wheel in the app. One key means one spin, and after the spin the reward you won is saved among your rewards.
